DEVELOPING A THEORY OF CHANGE

In the Theory of Change Learning Module, we’re going to look at how to make a plan to accomplish our project. We’ll identify the steps needed to implement our idea, take stock of the resources and assets at our disposal, and set realistic timelines with milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. We’ll discuss how to clarify agreement on a solution and how to handle individuals and groups who stand in the way of implementation.
